The Shenandoah Valley is located about 60 miles to the west of Washington, D.C., nestled between the Blue Ridge Mountains and Great North Mountain.
The area is rich in historic battlefields and apple orchards. The largest city in the Northern part of the Valley is Winchester. It is in the center of major metropolitan areas like Washington, D.C., Baltimore, MD, Harrisburg, PA, and Richmond, VA.
